COURSE DESCRIPTION

In the FlourishCare: Interprofessional Care Management Experience (ICME) course, learners participate as team members representing one or more disciplines in a real-time simulation of a clinical case management team meeting. Written materials and video vignettes are used to present a patient with advanced geriatric care issues working with a healthcare and community provider team.
