COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is the first course of the FlourishCare Curriculum and is a prerequisite for all of the other courses in this curriculum. "FlourishCare: Integrated Person-Centered Geriatric Primary Care" explores ways to work effectively with colleagues of multiple professions, across multiple settings. This course also discusses patient-family centered care that addresses the unique psychological, spiritual, social, and cultural orientation and needs of the person and family.

As you complete each required section of the course, you will be able to advance to the next section via the ”NEXT” grey buttons.

If you are a student learner, you will receive a certificate in your email upon completion. If you are a practicing professional with a MD, nursing or social work license, follow the links to obtain continuing education credits.
